    Dear Microsoft,

    Tonight at about 9:45Pm on 4/16/14 Me and my friends were HIT OFF for about a half hour at a time. We would get on and about 5 minutes later we get hit off again.

    We really want to get back on xbox But We cant. Please help me out His gamertag is

    Sorry this happened to you but you are not allowed to name and shame on the forums. If you were the victim of a DDoS attack you should contact your internet service provider and let them know. They will issue you a new IP address and investigate the attack
    as DDoS attacks are illegal and could result in jail time for the person doing it.

    Also, you can file a complaint on the person using the console by going to his bio and selecting File Complaint then following the instructions.

    After that you can choose Avoid then Block so they cannot contact you again.
