DDos attack on ARK server

Hello, I'm

desperate, a guy that has the gamer tag: "[Mod Removed]" is sending attacks

doss to the server (NA-XBOXOFFICIALSERVER266) where we play Ark survival

with my friends, he arrived a week ago demanding things from the game

and if not They threatened to attack the server, as all of

the server denied us insult and said we could not connect or play

normally until he allowed it immediately the server disconnected us all

and sometimes lets us join us but when we do there is so much lag And

ping that we can not move, the problem was already reported to Wildcard

studios but they do not do anything we also report it through xbox one

but there is no answer, I really would like to know if they can do

something with this
