Ddos and harassment

so this is both a support and discussion question, I play ark: survival evolved. I'm currently an administrator on the server and I currently have two issues. I used to be an Xbox live ambassador during the 360 days, and small part of the enforcement squad
when it was just getting started. These two things aren't normal support.

Part One, some people have come to me with claims of being ddossed offline, said bad people have admitted to either myself or someone else in party/Xbox live messages that this is true. Firstly what can be done if anything to help prevent this person or
people from continuing to abuse this in the future?

Part Two, this question is more for me. As a disabled man with a disabled wife some people feel it necessary to make fun of such things. Most things I obviously do, I try not to let bother me and make adequate use of the simple and effective block technique
as they do not matter. However when said people continue harassment through my mixer streams I ban/report them there, yet once again in place is a system that allows them to simply go unpunished as they'll merely log into an alt account to continue the harassment.
I've blocked/reported many accounts now some on mixer and all on Xbox should they directly send me messages.

Now, I've reported people before and gotten at least a thank you from Xbox, I just want to know that what can be done about these situations is being done.

DDOS and stats reset

my gamer tag is . I received a ddos attack 2 months ago from an individual whom also reset my stats on black ops 2. I enjoy this game it's one of my main ones I play. Tonight 10/17/2017 I received another attact from this individual and his
groupies. I'm furious. I've contacted Xbox support over this issue more than 5 Times and still nothing was done to him by the "enforcement team" my stats on black ops 2 are now reset AGAIN. I worked hard to have everything unlocked. Please please PLEASE do
something about this player and his band of harassers.

IP address attacking

If this person is causing denial of service attacks to your network, then contacting your ISP is probably the way to go. They can even identify the person, since DDoS/DoS attacks are illegal - if this is what they're doing. Xbox should able to ban the Gamertag
for harassment etc.

 

If this needs to be seen and sent elsewhere please inform me as to where as it has been some time since I was an Xbox live ambassador.

Also if you report the messages, then the enforcement team will get the report and they will investigate and give out any relevant actions if needed.

 

i know about these hence the reporting on mixer on my end, as for the 360 post regarding ddos, I personally know of people getting account banned for such actions by Microsoft albeit not permanent bans. I'm simply hoping something more will be done as it
is through Microsoft's system that exposes our IP.. I.e party chat for example.

 

so all that I can do is what I have done and hope that with enough time, and harassment or getting kicked offline which is a real problem is that the enforcement team will have a chance to review the message and deal out any relevant actions, would have
preferred if you would've added that in a secondary reply but it's as I thought then.

The Xbox Live service can't prevent DoS and DDoS attacks because they happen through the IP address of the attacked device; they do not happen directly in the Xbox Live service.
