DC Universe Online Membership Help

I recently purchased a 1 month membership for DC universe Online and the membership never appeared in game. i have tried many different options suggested by Xbox support and their most recent was to post here and request a code so that i can unlock my membership.
Jean Claire who was my last xbox support Tech suggested i list all the steps that were taken to try to resolve this issue:

Steps taken:

Hard reset of xbox

deleted and reinstalled the game

Deleted my Profile

Deleting Persistent Storage

Clear MAC address

Re-downloaded my profile

and the last step was for me to post here and ask for a code

Defiance - Why Don't You Have One Already?

You mean 360 & Wii. PS3 does have more. Dust & Dc Universe Online, and probably will get Planetside 2 eventualy it being by Sony Online either the PS3 or the PS4 one but i'm sure Sony will get Planetside on the console. After playing Defiance, and having
played Dc Universe for a while. Defiance is no Dc Universe, not even close.

 

Unfortunately support has given you the wrong info.

No one on the forums can give you a code.

You would need to contact D.C. Universe customer support & they should be able to help.
