    DBZ fighterz add ons not showing up


    Hello, my dragon ball fighterz for the the Xbox series s aren't working properly. I have about all of them bought and downloaded on my Xbox but they will not show up in the game. If someone could help me it would be very appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your add-ons for Dragon Ball Fighterz.

    If you don't mind, I'd appreciate if you could answer the following questions:

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

    - Could you confirm if your purchase for these add-ons is showing as "Completed" on your order history? you can use the following link to get there: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
    *Please make sure to select "Digital" and "all-available" from the two drop-down menus at the top.

    - If you have a Series S/X, may I ask which version of the game you have installed?

    - Have you already verified your add-ons are installed at My Games & apps > Dragon Ball Figtherz > Manage game & add-ons > Manage installation? if they are, have you tried reinstalling them?

    After most recent live update, Xbox video purchases have disappeared.

    Mine are missing as well, I had DBZ seasons 1,2 and 3 now it just lists S3 and DBZ does not show up in the search results.

    Are you able to see if the bundle shows 'Owned' on the
    FighterZ Pass page on Microsoft.com    ? Are you able to download the FighterZ Pass through the Xbox Store on your Xbox One console?
