This sounds a bit like an in-game issue, however I'm not fully understanding what it is you are doing?

If you are trying to receive you a daily login reward, it could be something with your network connection.

What you can try first is a
power cycle by performing these steps:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
   
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button
   on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
   
   Note If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down

If this does not work out for you try out the
Xbox One Connection and Network Solution wizard, and see if you able to find a solution.

No it did not help, to be more specific it says, "some add-ons can no longer be used because you lost the rights to that content, or that content cannot be found or accessed". It then says, "This save data cannot be used because it's TP Medals purchase information does not match the current TP Medal purchase information". Then it wants me to pay for 24,000 TP Medals. Which equals $172.41 in US currency when I only bought 5000 TP medals.

i’m on console. every time i try to login it says i need to buy 3 packs of tp medals.

I have the same problem, my achievements of DBX2 don't came to me and the achievement progress too, two hours ago.

A few months ago, I game-shared with my friend. During this time, I spent the main currency of the game:Tp Medals. When we stopped game-sharing, I couldn’t play the game anymore, as i was told that I needed to buy the Tp Medals to play the game.
I wasn’t allowed to access the save data and it kept asking me if i want to delete it. I have not deleted it, but I’m trying to find a way to avoid buying the Medals if it isn’t necessary.

Sadly, you need to create a save data. You can’t fix it.
