    Hey all, I have pre ordered db xenoverse on the Xbox store in Australia and Im wondering if I will be able to play on the 26th like everyone else. The only reason I ask is, Xbox stores expected release date is the 27th and not the 26th like the retail stores.
    Can anyone confirm?

    Glitch in the store that made me buy a game and get another one free. What.

    So I pre-ordered Xenoverse 2, it downloaded both Xenoverse 1 (Which I did
    NOT buy) and a 100mb Xenoverse 2 file (For some pre-order thing). Anyways, when I went to the purchased section in my profile it said I bought Xenoverse 1 not Xenoverse 2 (it also charged 39.99+ dollars) but I'm 100% sure I bought Xenoverse
    2 (Why would it download the pre-order thing then?)

    I pre-ordered Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and the description stated that there was a pre-order bonus (fromin game item and special character). I have not received a code to redeem the pre-order bonus and I checked the game data on my xbox and it has not been
    installed with the game. the game was a digital pre-order through the store via my xbox one. i reached out via chat for support and they directed me here. please help.
