    i had a trial for dayz in 2018 or 2019 ,the trial ran out and i uninstalled but now i have the ability to play it because my home Xbox acct has game-pass ultimate so i installed it again but everytime i try to join a server it sends me back to the title
    and it shows me in the games and apps that its still the trial

    hello I'm sorry for your problem, most likely you have to uninstall the version you had and install the one on the gamepass

    Do you see two different DayZ titles in your "Ready to be Installed" page? You may need to make sure not to reinstall the trial version.

    First one that comes to mind is DayZ. My brother and i tried the trial few days after the beta came to xbox. It was so buggy and hard to play that when the trial ran out we weren’t satisfied at all. Now i wish i still had the trial so i can give it a second
    go before buying.
