Dayz-Non functioning $40 game

Extremely disappointed. $40 for a non working game. Immediately asked for a refund and was denied. I have over 500 games and this was my first and only refund request. Now I'm out $40 and a game.

Did you experience the spawning into water, pitch darkness with no way of knowing where to go? Sorry to hear you weren't able to get refund.

You may want to include specific reasons, such as reviews/reports of the Xbox One version of the game not functioning properly. That would suggest your issue is not isolated.

I feel your frustration, I purchased Dayz as well based off gameplay video and reviews however the the glitches weren't as prominent in the videos.

Reply back to the email and explain why you want the refund. You should get a reply saying you should be allowed a refund or not.
