    Help!! I just downloaded Dayz onto my Xbox X/S. Everyone I play with insists that I play with keyboard and mouse instead of controller, but although the mouse shows on the screen, the keys dont work. I have MnK enabled and am on a MnK friendly server.

    Having same issue. can’t play DayZ with mnk nor any of my fps games.

    Still no fix??? It's obsurd that we pay for a service that isn't as advertised, over 41000 GS and I have never been more disappointed with Microsoft!! No excuse when they can add things like "core", the only fix I've managed to find is one for dayz, as follows,

    Start dayz from scratch and while at main menu (Press a to start),

    Have a single player game already on quick resume (I was advised non multiplayer works best) start that game frome quick resume,

    Reload dayz from the center button and load your server the mnk bugg should b fixed,

    Worked for mee 100%

    Referring to my original statement tho...

    Why do we pay Microsoft for a service that is not available?

    Well again the developers cant detect the MnK so Microsoft has to do something about it.

    Yes it is an exploit as its not ment to be played with MnK. The guy also said its never going to have MnK support

    Can you get banned for using the XIM APEX dongle to use a mouse and keyboard on games that aren't ready for plug and play?

    i wouldnt even bring it up on the forums, way to many salty people about MnK. console at the moment is flooded with MnK, and modded controllers etc etc.

    M n K (Mouse and Keyboard) cheating in competitive console games.

    I myself do find Mouse and Keyboard very unfair to play against. I wish it wasn't allowed to be used on consoles but since it kinda is they should make it so you only get matchmaked with people who use a controller if that's what you're using. MnK vs MnK.
    Their aim on MnK is just way better and unfair.
