Days Without Resolution - The Division Gold Edition

I've been trying for days to resolve a gifting issue. I bought myself and a friend The Division Gold Edition, and while my purchase went through, the gift did not. I've literally talked to 12 people at MS to fix the issue with their store, and have had no
luck resolving this. I want to purchase for my friend, The Division Gold Edition, at the $30 I bought it for, not $89.99.

I'm at my wits end with this, and was directed here. Agents....I need your help.

Division Pre-order

I pre-ordered The Division Standard Edition, but am now looking at getting the Gold Edition instead. Is it possible to upgrade without canceling the current pre-order? Or do I have to contact support to cancel the current pre-order and then pre-order the
Gold Edition?

I literally came here and posted because support sent me here. I've talked to 3 or 4 different departments at MS and they all were unhelpful. What a joke....
