    reply to the email you got and politely ask them for the reason and can they look into it again, if it was an accidental purchase why did you fully download and play for an hour.

    You should have received an email telling you about the refund denial. That would include the reason on why it was denied.

    I wouldnt say it was accidental I just thought it would be a good game until I got bored in the first 5 mins

    1) I played the game for about 2 hours or less

    2) I bought it on the 21st April

    3) I didn't want the game anyway

    This might help;

    The refund policy the team goes off when reviewing refund request is:

    • Limited to one refund in a 365-day period (apart from technical faults with the game and unauthorised purchases)
    • Brought within the last 14 days
    • Played less than 2 hours
    • Not as described/ Technical Issue (and no service outage https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status)
    • Accidental/ unauthorised purchase
    Has to meet top 3 requirements.
