Same thing happened to me. So many people got burned by this glitch. Please extend Day Zero at a BARE MINIMUM.

i agree we want compensation especially me, mind you thats 2 games i got and im having the same issue the first one was BF4 Premium its not showing me as a premium member and now this bs of a game. im really contemplating calling it a loss and getting rid
of the system...i want to love it but not with such a horrible support team and at the expense of our hard earned money and a endless time frame to fix this issue.

I'm surprised at how many people are able to download anything. I bought the *** bundle and can't even get a progress bar going.

Anyone have the console? 1 TB of disc space, 78 MBPS Download speed. went to 99% and started over at 0% Now its taking 1 hr to get past 3 %. I get that servers are hit hard, but shouldn't a console already have the game loaded?

preloaded? HA... Bought the CoD:AW special edition XBone & got a code to download it... no chance at preloading it... on top of that the code had numerous issues all day & wasn't even able to start downloading until AFTER day zero... just shy of $500 & nothing
but issues...

Expect no compensation or refund. Just deal with it. That's basically what Microsoft is saying by remaining silent on the issue.

I went to a real live store with real people and picked up a copy of the game....works great! Every time a big named game comes out the servers can't handle it for a while....it's not the first time right!! What makes everybody think 10 billion people downloading
it at the same time would be a quick process???

No everybody jus expects if you pay top dollar for a brand new system that these xbox techs would have their**** together and be able to produce a quality system instead of this garbage.

Ghostman, you obviously didn't read the thread. This has nothing to do with downloading the game, most people preloaded it day before the go live.

Yes, i find it hard to believe that we have been suckered into paying extra for straight up false advertising. If your company cannot adequately compensate the increased server attention, you should not be allowed to charge us extra for a game we cannot
play.

I am now only at 61% download after 9 hours. This is pathetic and am expecting to receive compensation.

Yo....FullHornet. This has nothing to do with the servers being hammered. This is an issue where the entire game is downloaded on our hard drives, but the store is forcing us to completely re download the game. We shouldn't be downloading anything.....it
is the reason we pre downloaded the *** thing.
