Day Zero Digital Content Not Working

I tried to use the code for the digital extras and it told me to go to xbox.com/errorhelp and it didn't recognize the error code that my console gave me.

As far as i know, in order to get the day zero edition, you have to pre-order the game.

The question I want answered by an actual Xbox employee(don't need a bunch of guesses) is..

Are us all digital customers *** out of Day Zero since we can't preorder or will it be available to purchase and download a day early???

 

I entered it on the website instead of on my Xbox One and it seemed to work that way. So, If anyone else has problems with it, try that.

 

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. I buy the digital version in pre order, but the bonus DLC don't work in my multiplayer game. I instal and reinstall the DLC many times, but the EXO, the AK-12G, the EM1 Quantum and the Crossbow-B2 don't appears in my inventory.

What is going on?

Same here. Now when I enter the code it comes up as Invalid, that it's already been used. I opened a ticket with MSFT on Tuesday, they said they are aware of the problem, and working on it. So my Atlas Pro edition is USELESS.
