    Day one Xbox One controller broken, can I get a replacement?


    My left bumper no longer works, will I need to buy a new one? Or is there a way I can get a replacement?

    I don't expect a new controller for free, but I figured I'd find out for sure before I go spend $79 I don't have to waste. If I need to send my controller out for a replacement, how long can I expect it to take? Because I've been excited for Horizon 2 for
    a while now, and I was hoping to play it.

    Deffective Controller

    The spring in the D-Pad of my broke after i pressed it for the first time while signing in to my Day One Edition. Will I get a standard controller if I contact them or will I get a Day One replacement controller.

    You can get it repaired and if you still have your one year warranty, it will be free. The average repair time is 14 to 21 days for customers in the United States, including shipping time to and from our service center.

    Xbox ONE controllers are poorly manufactured :(

    My One controller was broken out of box *sigh*. The right bumper is loose somehow. Like, it actually hangs weirdly. Gonna see if I can get a replacement. Do these controllers have a 90-day warranty like the 360 controllers?

    It's a common things with controllers, hopefully you got a warranty with their controller so you can get a free one to replace the broken controller.

    Just an FYI, My problem was a broken headset port on Day One Controller. Tried a friends controller works fine. Microsoft will not guarantee a Day One Controller replacement.. Nice Job MS.

    Controllers have a 90 day warranty when your first one broke you should have had that replaced by filling for warranty replacement. After 90 days there is no service for a broken controller and you need to buy a new one
