    Day One X1 Green Screen


    Out of the 1yr warranty by 7 months bought day 1 for over 500$ and console didn't last even 2 years which is sad not to mention blu ray player hasnt worked since day one, I contact CS and they want 150$ to repair, come on this is like a *** scam same issues
    they have at day one 360s they have what an extra 2 years on for Rings

    Im not paying another 150 i feel my only option maybe BBB complaint has anyone has any success with OOW repairs with out paying over the green screen of death?

    anyone get a working console..

    now I keep getting stuck on green logo screen after one whole day of playing.......

    broken drive but no free game

    I preordered the day one edition and it didnt work on day one just a black screen shortly after the green loading screen. I sent it in for repair and i got it back with a 14 day xbox live code.

    Just an option: You can buy an extended warranty from Best Buy that will last like 4 years. Just saying, after Best Buy has opened the console, Microsoft will never touch it again, but at least you can continue paying Best Buy to fix your console for the
    entirety of its lifespan. I'm not sure if it's cheaper than Xbox, but it's probably more convenient.

    Kinect not working

    Had the same problem after the update....My X1 booted to a green X1 screen for several minutes the kinect never turned on with the console....i just powered off the X1 and put it back on and everything worked fine after that lol.
