Day one Tekken 7

Dear microsoft I'm having proplems with the code to download tekken 6 on my day one tekken 7 edition.

I keep getting an error message and they as me to find another method of payment aldough i bought the tekken 7 day one edition so that i would get tekken 6, and for almost two hours i been wating to get assistance and was unable to do so. I like you to contact
me of visit my atempted dowload and pleas assist me with resolving the matter for downloading tekken6. Also is there and update to patch the large number of time tekken 7 crashes on my xbox one S.

hello. I make a preorder of tekken 7. U promise to sent a code of tekken 6 on my email in 7-10 days. Today it's 11 day,but I don't have my code of tekken 6. yet.
