Day one edition, how to download games with code

I bought the day one edition with forza 5 and fifa 15, now when fifa 15 has been released I can't seem to download it, how am I supposed to do this? If I choose "use a code" it only says the day one edition code I got is already used. And when I press fifa
15 on the xbox store it wants me to pay... Is it only me who have had this problem, it's very much not logical how to do it?

Fifa 14 on Day One Edition Xbox One...

If it's free then it will be download. My order from GAME says Xbox One Day One Edition with FIFA 14 Download - Preorder

I also believe the code will come in the day one edition as this will be MS' responsibility not the suppliers.

Is the console you purchased secondhand? If so the codes could already be used by the previous owner. Codes can only be used once.

Probably used codes, no way you could of got a brand new day one at this time of year

Update...code works. game dlc code is the game but the other codes are what makes it day zero It seems. The last code on the limited edition bundled DLC comes up as call of duty day zero and advanced arsenal pack in the Xbox one queue. All 4 are currently
downloading...wonder how far the download will have gotten by the morning with a 30Mbps connection....

Xbox Mexico's official twitter posted a photo of the Xbox one Day One Edition including a code for downloading Fifa 14.

This hasn't been confirmed for all retailers yet, but GAMERS retail and Game Planet are both confirming they will have free Fifas with their Day One Editions.

I would recommend asking you local retailer about their Day One edition.
