Day one controller won't sync

    Day one controller won't sync


    Been fine since launch, but today I went to play and its refusing to sync with the console

    I've tried using the bind buttons on both the controller and console itself but no joy?

    Also my router is downstairs in a separate room, so i'm pretty sure its not this causing interference

    Any ideas?

    Controller won't sync, help!!

    Day one controller didn't work from the beginning, had another controller and it won't sync either. Looks like I'll have to get a replacement and kiss my Day One console goodbye. Gods knows when I'll ever get a replacement, probably sometime next year

    XBOX ONE ELITE Controller - Not Syncing - Not Connecting

    Brand New 1 day old Elite Xbox One - Controller will not sync.

    Elite controller is updated, it received the latest update.

    Xbox One Elite console received the new update.

    Replaced batteries (Used 8 sets of batteries, Duracells and Energizers)

    Plugged in USB - Works when plugged in, unplug after a few minutes and light just flashes indefinitely and will not sync.

    Tried syncing via sync button on console and controller.

    Power Cycled Console numerous times.

    Unplugged console numerous times.

    FACTORY RESET the Elite Console 5 times.....

    So far this is a total disappointment so far! $500 console and the *** controller won't sync!

    Hey there Krazyguy! I understand your wireless headset won't sync to controller one properly. Try this: disconnect the controller and the headset, then turn the headset on, sync it to the console (press and hold the sync button) and then, if it's not automatically
    in spot one, cycle which player number it's connected to (single press the sync button, don't hold it down). Once you have it spot one, then connect your controller. Does this help the situation? Please let me know, thanks!

    Hi I'm using the new bluetooth model Xbox One controller but it won't connect via Bluetooth to my PC. It was working for me for quite a while and one day it lost sync, when I tried to resync it showed up as just "Input" instead of Xbox One controller

    Troubleshooting doesn't help. Headset connects to port one and as soon as I plug in my wired controller, the controller connects to port 2 and they won't sync together.
