Day One controller sent to Czech Republic and not heard anything.

So after two months of use and two hours of phone calls MS send me a replacement headset that took me 5 weeks to get from fault to replacement. Now after paying £11 UK sterling to send back my faulty Day one controller to the Czech Republic a few weeks back
I haven't even had a response email. Great service. Im in the UK and if you sell a console in the UK you should provide a UK service centre or pay for the postage to send my faulty 2 1/2 month old controller back for repair or replacement.

Terrible service just like the non existant update preview forum and invite friends form who can't talk to you on party chat. After 10 years of MS consoles and xbox live Im going to get a refund and a PS4 for my kids. Obviously my £800 UK sterling on launch
day for wasn't enough for you to offer me and many other users a fair service on an otherwise beta released console. Perhaps your software has got away with it for many years but your hardware won't.

Xbox one controller sent to microsoft support around 7th December, still not received controller back or new controller

I sent my day one controller to Microsoft support in czech republic on the 7th december, I have still not recieved my controller back or a replacement controller. I could post my service request number if needed.

Update. I have posted my controller to the Czech Republic for the princely sum of £10.25. My receipt from Microsoft for the transaction says day one controller. They'd better pray that what I get sent in return!

 

I'm in the same boat sent my controller off and its still in order in progress the fact I had to send it abroad is crazy and out of my own pocket I'm just hoping its not lost in the post what a kick in the teeth that would be.

 

Same here but they say they can't find it even though my tracking says it's delivered. Absolute joke
