Day ONE controller died. New controller DIED????

Hi my first post on the forums i believe now...Im frustrated at my controller no more vibrations and build quality sucks it feels so cheap first my day one controller now this one it keeps squeekin in my hand all the buttons feel diffrent and loud im so
angry i need a replacement i cant be bothered going post office sending things out i might aswell go buy a brand new controller and send the bill to microsoft i spent alot of money on my xbox one already why isnt the quality of it is no where near a 360 controller????

My controller wont turn on

My controller died while playing a game so i went to switch the batteries(brand new rechargeable) and my controller wouldn't turn on. The batteries were fully charged and worked on everything else but the controller. Is there anyway to fix it as it is my
only controller and i cannot purchase a new one anytime soon?

 

any UK players received their MOH early access keys yet?

that works out nicely for me then, my xbox controller just died, heading into town to buy a new one.

 

The new Xbox One controllers from my experience are the best made controllers i have ever used. Back on the Xbox 360 i use to go through a new controller every 3 months because of tiny faults like a squeeky trigger or thumbstick not centering perfectly.
I have had a Xbox One controller since launch and have not even had one fault, and that's from a guy who games around 10+ hours a day when possible...

Is it possible you mistreated your controllers? Hitting buttons too hard? throwing your controller? Dropping it? I do push the buttons on my controller very lightly but have dropped it a few times and it's fine.

 

No i play my games with a controller the way its expected to be used i dont throw it around i press buttons hold tightly squeeze it sometimes and press buttons hard like your supose to aparently each button was suppose to take 2 million hits? No everything
is going cheap because of the economy all big companys cuting down costs and the xbox one controller is a fine example of cutting down costs! You mentioned 360 controller braking on you when i find them built very well lasting a year till a replacement i play
online fps alot and have a look at the plastic around your left analog stick mine is a egg shape almost! From running and moving forward all the time average 4 hours a day, tjhe feel on my xbox one controller has changed also making creeking noises when i
hold it firm the plastics are geting loose they are just clipd on its dissapointing.

 

ya the build quality is absolutely terrible.. i originally had the day one edition and my controller started messing up badly (keep in mind i take very good care of my stuff). the right stick drifts upwards and the x buttons sticks, so i contacted MS and
they said they couldnt help me so i was forced to buy another controller, and now, 2 months into using it, the left stick is starting to drift up and down.. this is ridiculous, i spent so much money on it all and it works for not even a year. i am so disappointed
in microsoft

 

I sometimes wonder if they care about current customers or only about bringing new ones in? And forgeting about you just like that.
