    "Day One" achievement not unlocking

    I've been redirected here from the "Chat support". I'm also missing the "Day One" achievement even though I've scanned the code on "Day One" "Day One" achievement not unlocking ;)

    Good news! It looks like your Day One achievement has unlocked. I was able to verify this from an Xbox One console. If you haven't already, check under the Achievements Tile under Xbox One Achievements on your Xbox One console. If you are still unable
    to see the achievement, please let us know.

    Hello,

    I Chatted with Xbox support chat and Phone support and it appears that the Day One Achievement for me is no longer on my account. I was informed that you would be able to Supply my account with one and or add it to my account since I no longer have that
    specific code since at first it said redeem successfully on Nov. 22nd 2013.

    Hey, I just used my Day One code and it said 'Congratulations' and accepted the code, but there's no achievement listed anywhere on my account "Day One" achievement not unlocking :(

    Great news! It looks like your Day One achievement has been unlocked. I was able to verify this from an Xbox One console. If you haven't already, go ahead and check in the Achievements tile on your Xbox One. If you still do not see the achievement
