Day One Achievement Not Unlocking

Hi Misses Quinzel, I sent you a pm two months ago about this Day 1 Achievement issue. But up till now, it hasn't popped.

Do you have any more info perhaps?

Never mind my previous post, I just noticed it has appeared on my console itself, was previously looking on the site, where it isn't being shown.

If you haven't already, please go ahead and send me a private message with the following information:

1. Gamertag you redeemed the code on.
2. The code you redeemed.
3. The date you redeemed the code.
4. Where you redeemed it (console or website).
5. What region you are located in.

Awesome news, It looks like your Day One Achievement has been unlocked! I was able to verify this from an Xbox One console. When you get a chance, check on your Xbox One console in the Achievements app. You should see the achievement under Xbox One
Achievements. Let us know if you are unable to see the achievement, thanks!

 

How are you guys redeeming Xbox one day one codes in 2014? Im surprised you can still get your hands on these codes.

 

Hi Mister: Its been a long time, the last time I was on here I mentioned about my day one achievement as well as other. the last question you asked was do they show on my xbox one. the answer is they do. but im still annoyed that I have log into xbox us
site to see them online. where as im from the uk.

The reason I have come back the this thread is that this hs still not been fixed any chance this can please be looked at?

Secondly just before Xmas I got the mail about "Welcome to our Year One celebration" which was great but I also got a message saying that I would also get the game Limbo free when launched

I have noticed that this is no on the xbox one but have still not received any messages about this.

Would you be able to also follow this up for me as well please?

I am glad you are able to see the Day One Achievement on your console, but it is definitely odd that you are unable to see it on the UK page. I took a look at your profile on the UK page and was unable to see the achievement. We will definitely look

Not sure if I can post my question in this thread but here it goes: is it ok to use a day one achievement code (if i have it) on a non day one console? Thanks.

If you have a Day One Achievement code, it's perfectly okay to redeem it on any Xbox One console. The code is intended to be redeemed to your account, not a specific console, so you're good to go!
