Day One Achievement Not Unlocking

Hey Mark!

That definitely is odd that you cannot view the achievement. Are you able to view if from your Xbox One console?

 

Mine only unlocked last month, but the date of unlock was the Xbox launch date, that was really weird...

 

I'm not trying to nag, but I'm just wondering why my Day One Achievement has not unlocked while most of the people posting in this thread have unlocked their achievement. I PM'd my info earlier.

Great news! It looks like your Day One achievement has been unlocked. I was able to verify this from and Xbox One console. When you get a chance, check in the Achievements app on your Xbox One console. Let us know if you are unable to see the achievement,

2. The code you redeemed.
3. The date you redeemed the code.
4. Where you redeemed it (console or website).
5. What region you are located in.

Купил белую xbox one с Sunset Overdrive неделю назад, ввел код для скачивания, показало что приобрел игру, но никакой скачки не началось, а в настройках сети и в профиле на xbox.com ошибка:

Затронутые платформы: Xbox One

Затронутые службы: Загрузка уже приобретенного контента

Попытался ввести повторно код для скачивания Sunset Overdrive, пишет что код уже был использован.

Подскажите плиз может я что не так делаю, или что сделать что б получить игру все таки?

Вот прямо сейчас решаю её, начал чат с поддержкой, на английском пытаемся разобраться, причина ясна, мой аккаунт почему то был не в российском регионе, теперь возникли проблемы с его переводом на российский регион, решаем
