Day One Achievement Not Unlocking

I just redeemed my code yesterday, and unfortunately I'm having the same exact issue of the achievement not appearing on the list. I will appreciate if the team resolves this issue for me. Thanks!

contact normal support and tell them you need advocacy team to check this.and i checked they is no other way.

They said it would be 2 days and took me 5days.And told me to use a different account!WTF?

I am also having problems with the Day One achievement showing anywhere. It said that the code went through but nothing popped up and nothing is showing in my achievements or on several sites that track them.

Good news, it looks like your Day One Achievement has unlocked! I was able to verify this from an Xbox One console and it looks like it was unlocked today. If you haven't already, check for the achievement in the Achievements tile under Xbox One games
to see if it has popped. Be sure to let us know if you are unable to see the achievement. Thanks!

 

I have the same problem, redeemed the code 12 months on 10.21.2014 and till now has not entered anything in my account. Sera that has to do with the microsoft servers, or actually lost my card?

Note: Confirmed that had rescued the code! so much to try to recover again, he warns that the code has already been used.

I think mine has finally unlocked, I can see the achievement on smartglass. I will have a look on the consoles next week.

Hi There I have the same issue as everybody else...it does show on my xbox one but on my profile It doesn't show... I know months ago im pretty sure it was showing... I have Just sent a Pm in a hope that this can be fixed.......

It looks like your Day One achievement is unlocked. I was able to verify this from an Xbox One console and by clicking on your Profile. You
should be able to see the achievement but let us know if you are unable to view the Day One achievement.

Hi Mister Quimby.. I think I see the issue, it seems to be a replication problem on your servers,

if I log in using
www.xbox.com/.../xbox-one the achievement shows, but If i log in using the uk link
live.xbox.com/.../Home, my day one Achievement doesn't show.

In fact using the us login I can see I have 52 Achievement's, but logging in on the uk one it shows I only have 46.... if you want to try with my profile please do, to show you my theory, just change the local setting at the bottom of the screen, switch
from the us to United Kingdom, and you will see......
