Day One Achievement issue

Hi!

About two months ago I contacted the technical department of Xbox through chat. They told me that it would be best to treat the problem here.

I have my Day One promotional code, everything was perfect until I entered the code to spend it. It does not work, in my order history it appears as redeemed but it is not unlocked in my profile. This causes me frustration because I wanted the Day One edition
for the achievement in question.

Is there a solution to the problem? I have tried all the solutions I found online and followed the steps of technical support through chat. Please, I really need help.

X-Box Day One Achievement

Ive not used the day one achievement code yet.

Will it not work on day two?

Or could it cause an issue doing it now?

 

Year one achievement

Good Morning, Afternoon, Or Evening,

I bought the day one Xbox One and received the day one achievement. A year later my friend who also had the day one edition told me he received a year one achievement. I did have to get my Xbox One replaced during that time due to a hardware issue but that
should not have stopped my eligibility to get an achievement should it? Can I please get some help with this?

I would think 5 years down the line the code would no longer be valid

 

A few years ago the option to see challenge achievements, which includes the day one acheivement, was removed. So it is technically on your account, but there is no way to see it anymore.

 

Yeh, The achievement can no longer be found unless it was pinned before the removal of the 0G achievement.

I wish it was a little badge on are profiles.
