    Day One Achievement doesn't unlock?


    Yesterday, I used my Xbox Day One Edition code for achievement, but it didn't pop... So I waited a day and tried again, now it says code is used Day One Achievement doesn't unlock? :( What to do?

    I've never fully understood the whole ideology around "achievement hunting," But...That doesn't take away the fact you are right. Ultimately, if you activate your XB1 on "Day One" you should be awarded the day one achievement. It shouldn't matter if you
    have the "Day One XB1" or not.

    The Day One achievement really isn't anything special. It doesn't have any points tied to it. It's just a 0 gamerscore achievement. I wouldn't worry about it.

    Im sure the codes for the day one achievement were only valid until the end of june or july that would be why it has not popped

    I did a Google search and most of the answers came back the same. The code expired on 06/30/2014.

    Day One Achievement doesn't unlock?

    Having kept the code that came with my console, the card does not list an expiration date for the achievement. The console is still launching in different regions so it wouldn't make sense for the code to expire. I would recommend contacting support via
    the
    support forums or phone.

    chances are the day one edition released 9 months after the initial Day one edition the US got back in Nov will not have the same code included as we did. That is most likely his problem.

    Question is why did he wait 9 months to use it.. and TBH, it will make you smile for about 1.2 seconds as it pops up then it means nothing...

    I live in Europe and got the console yesterday at the release, found the included code and was wondering why it didn't work Day One Achievement doesn't unlock? :)

    Yea I think some others in the newly release regions are having some trouble with it. Support would have more info. It's a cool thing to have Day One Achievement doesn't unlock? :)

    Day one achievement not unlocking

    The 'Day One' achievement came with a card to use with the Kinect, when it was released last November. The achievement doesn't unlock itself unless it came with a QR code card.

    Plus it's not Day One anymore.

    If you did get a card and it wasn't working, chances are it may have already been used.

    I have heard that one fix is to play Gears of War 3's prologue on STANDARD not arcade again. If that doesn't work. apparently Epic scans for achievements once a day, So if the achievement scan was already done it won't unlock until the next day so it may
