Day one 12 month code?

When i got my Xbox one day one edition i never received the 12 month gold pass you get?, now at the time i reported it to Xbox and they said it had happened a lot and that they where taken by retailer employees etc because of their value, and that they
would investigate, i got it as a Pre-order from Tesco, and Tesco said they couldn't do anything as the unit was sealed when they received it, but i never received a Response from Xbox/Microsoft?, My gold expires soon and would be handy if i could get the pass
which i can only assume i paid for and never actually received really, Is there anything you can do to help in this matter? - You can check my subscriptions to see I've never used one of the Day one edition 12 Month codes, Equally i can forward the Day one
edition invoice..

I understand that this is very late on, as Day one was quite some time ago, but it's never really crossed my mind that i didn't ever get an outcome, and it was only because i was in a live chat i thought i'd mention it? and now my golds expiring it makes
sense really to follow it up, this is the first time it will have ever expired in 7 years (Now would be a great time to get my pass, as is usually the case, it only matters when you want something lol), i simply forgot about it; I was in a Live-Chat with
Tedd F, and he confirmed that a ticket was raised, but no new updates where ever posted to the ticket and told me to post here, so i did.

Xbox one gold 12 month special edition day one ?

Whats this xbox one 12 month special edition day one can anboy help isit justvthe same as a normal 12 month and will i need to get a new 12 month on xbox one ??

Will the Xbox One have a 12 month Live card with it?

was a rumore if you purchased day one edition you got 12 months free XBL but in reality, there is a Day One edition release of a 12 month XBL card... probably gives you some extra credits and "old" MS points.

Hello, Unless it was a special at that specific retailer, Day One consoles did not include 12 month xbox live codes. You can view what was included in the bundle

Hmm perhaps?, Why would the Live chat at the time say they had opened an investigation if it wasn't included and state that they had been reportedly taken from the bundles and sold on by employees on numerous occasions, That suggests that the 12 month codes
did come with the bundles??

Surely they would have just told me there and then that it wasn't included? Very misleading. I was under the impression that the day one Console came with 12 months, perhaps i was wrong.

Day one release pre-orders get a 12 month live card if I'm not mistaken, plus a code for a few perks.

And another question. My current 12 month subscrip expires in January. If i enter in the code that is on the Day one card does it just roll over into another 12 mnths when my current one expires?

Howdy.

One other possibility to consider: Be sure to check the product description at the vendor where you purchased the codes. Some of the 12-month Game Pass subscription codes work on a "12-month token" basis, and only one token can be active on a Microsoft
account at a time. In the case of the 12-month subscription tokens, they do not stack.

To my understanding, if your codes are, in fact, 12-month subscription tokens, you would wait until the first 12-month token expires and then you would enter another code to extend your membership another 12 months.

I don't know whether your situation involves the 12-month token subscriptions codes, but I quote the following product description from a currently popular offer for 12-month Game Pass codes for illustrative purposes:

"This is a twelve-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass. 1 per Microsoft Account Entry per year. If a customer has more than one Xbox Game Pass 12 Month token in their possession, they can hold the additional tokens and enter them in every 12 Months
from initial date of entry."
