The first thing I would need you to do is to make sure that your Windows has the latest update: Select check for updates now, and then select Check for updates. Or, select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.

After that, try to clear cache and data by heading over to the Task Manager and close the higher CPU/Memory consuming tasks one by one from the ‘Processes’ section.

Once done, go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

However, If the issue persists, you may want to consider contacting the game developer as they will be more equipped to assist you to solve the issue.
