Day 4 of not being able to play my games.

All good now kinda did solution 1 with out knowing it and that worked

Please try the steps below and check if it sorts out the issue.

Solution 1: Do a power cycle

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2:

Please try setting up a mobile hotspot connection using your phone, then connect the console to the hotspot connection. Try launching any game and see if the game progress syncs properly.

Ive raised a “ticket” with both microsoft & forsa so as soon as i get some feedback, answer from either of these i will post back but i hope the account isnt dead, void, im not going to be happy if this turns out to be the case !!!!

Ive got the same issue as you, it was working fine until i tried to auction a car, it crashed & hasn’t wotked since. Ive tried everything too but its still not working. If you can, try loading another profile on your console & if that works then like me
you will need to raise a ticket with microsoft support / forsa support & take it from there unless someone replies & can help us out. Best of luck my friend 🙏
