Day 1 controller still 'in progress' at repair centre after a month!!

Order number : 1267123144 My sons Day 1 controller had a faulty bumper button ( which seems a common occurrence) and so I sent it In to the Microsoft repair centre in Germany. It has been a month and no update at all. What is worrying me is reading online
the day 1 controllers seem to be taking months to be fixed. Is there any news on how long it will take? Thankfully my Xbox One is the regular version and it's joystick is fine.

xbox disc broken

I'm not sure if still happens but the repair centre used to pop a 1 month live code card in with the repaired console to compensate for your lost time on Live. The repair usually takes a couple of weeks so if they still do the code card thing you actually
end up better off in a way.

Have you send in the controller to Microsoft repair centres? It has a 90 warranty on all controllers.
