Datenschutz Einstellungen ändern nicht möglich[Translation-Privacy settings not possible]

Ich versuche seit Monaten meine Datenschutz Einstellungen zu ändern ich will Clubs beitreten können und Streamen ABER es geht nicht es lässt sich nicht ändern die beiden Einstellungen werden immer zurück gesetzt wenn ich auf ,,sichern,, drücke, und wenn
ich einem Familien Acc beitrete um mich als Erwachsenen zu stellen (was ich bin) ändert das nichts. Ich würde ja einen neuen Acc erstellen aber meine ingame Käufe zu Minecraft etc sind auf dem Acc. Habe auch schon im Internet gesucht und wollte Fragen ob der
Support das von dort aktivieren kann das mein Acc auf dem ich jetzt schreibe alle Rechte hat die er haben kann. Es schränkt mein Spielgeschehen SEHR ein!

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues with privacy settings. You may have done this but look over the guide for

troubleshoot privacy settings. Also try changing one that is working to something else and exit out see if it reverts back. If continue to have issues may want to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
