    Hello, I have been recently informed that the account I set up is registered as a child account. Is there any way to change this? I have my Microsoft account date of birth set correctly but I still am not able to have the account set as an adult.

    please note that once DOB has been entered it cannot be changed but when your age reaches 18 you CAN promote it to an adult account.
