    Why can't change region and date birth

    The date of birth on your xbox profile will always be set to the date of birth originally chosen when you created your account. Even if you change the date of birth on your associated Microsoft account.

    If you have account restrictions due to the false date of birth then changing the date of birth will not lift those restrictions.

    There is nothing that can be done once an accounts date of birth is put in on an account that is the date of birth of the account and can not be changed.

    Changing the date of birth on your Microsoft account wont affect your xbox accounts date of birth. The date of birth originally chosen when you created the Xbox Live account is set in stone and cannot be changed.

    The age of an account owner is calculated by using the date of birth provided when the account was created. This date cannot be changed. If you entered an incorrect date of birth when you created the account,
    your only option is to create a new account using the correct date of birth.

    Hey there,

    The date of birth on your Xbox Live account reflects the date that was originally set, and cannot be changed. While you can change your Microsoft Account's date of birth, it will not change your Xbox Live account's date of birth.

    Hope this helps clear it up!
