    Data will not sync for rainbowsix siege and final fantany XV


    Today i tried playing rainbow 6 siege and my xbox didn't sync. tried playing off line and i lost all my game data(unlocks).

    then i tried to play FFXV, but i also can't sync. what the **** is going on?

    I've done everything short of factory reset.

    Have not received codes included with TC's RainbowSix Siege for TC's RainbowSix Vegas + Vegas 2

    Purchased TC's RainbowSix Siege, haven't recieved the codes for TC's RainbowSix Vegas & TC's RainbowSix Vegas 2 yet. 10 days since purchase

    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %

    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

    R6 data loss due to sync errors

    Hello Patrick,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    We understand that you lost your data due to a sync error in Rainbow Six Siege.

    One solution you can try is to check if your game data is backed up to the cloud. To do this, go to "Settings" on your Xbox console, then select "System," and then "Storage." From there, select "Manage Storage," and then select "Reserved Space." If you see "Rainbow Six Siege Saved Data" listed, then your data is backed up to the cloud.



    If your data is backed up, you can try deleting the local saved data for Rainbow Six Siege and then syncing with the cloud to restore your progress. To do this, go to "Settings" on your Xbox console, then select "System," and then "Storage." From there, select "Manage Storage," and then select "Rainbow Six Siege Saved Data." Finally, select "Delete from Console."



    After deleting the local saved data, launch Rainbow Six Siege and sign in to your account. Your progress should sync with the cloud and restore your data.

    If this does not work, you may need to contact Ubisoft support for further assistance.

    No. Siege is a online game so that would be sync server side data :). I've had to reinstall that game several times before.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your question. It would seem quite a few players are experiencing an issue with downloading this DLC. After verifying on your account that you have the proper License to the content please try removing your profile
    from the Xbox One and redownloading it. Here is an excerpt from the final fantasy website "FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES is available to players who purchased FINAL FANTASY XV and the FINAL FANTASY XV Season Pass, FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES
    or the previously-released FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES (DLC version) ". Please let us know how it goes.
