Say you started playing on your father's Xbox 360 when you were about 9 years old. Obviously a 9 year old wouldn't have their own Xbox live account, so they used said father's account every time they played. Over time, you played more and more games, eventually
accruing your own data record associated with the account. When you turned 11, your father stopped playing altogether, and you've been playing Xbox ever since. Now imagine you're 19 years old and have over a decade of data from constant hours- days- even weeks
of playing certain games. None of it belongs to your father except for the account itself.

Now here's the question/s. Theoretically, would it be possible in any way shape or form- along with added consent from the father himself- to transfer all the Xbox Live data, current Xbox Live funds, and all associated downloads from one account (the father's)
to a brand new Microsoft/Xbox Live account? Is the only way to accomplish this through changing the father's Microsoft account's email and password? Should I attempt contacting Microsoft themselves for a request this huge or would Xbox Support be able to help
me?

Question, If I played Destiny a nice amount on Ps4. Then Get Destiny on Xbox One , can I transfer my Character? Since our saves are on theur servers?

You can't transfer data from one account to another and support will remind you that is against the service rules

Just a word of caution:

If you follow the instructions to change the sign in email that M3tal Daz3 gave you, and you remove your dad's email after you made your own email the primary alias, your dad's Microsoft Account will be deleted!

So if your dad has important stuff stored on his Microsoft Account (like OneDrive, Outlook calendars etc.), he should first back that up!

You can't attach them but you can transfer the data using a Data Transfer Kit.

Currently the cloud is the only way to transfer saves from the 360 to the One. The data transfer cable is only meant to transfer data between 360 hard drives.

Something else to try is power the xbox off, remove the hard drive you're transferring the data from, connect the data transfer cable to the xbox and power on, once the xbox reaches the dashboard connect the hard drive you're transferring the data from to
the data transfer cable.

If you are asked at all to configure the hard drive do not proceed any further, third party cables will wipe all the data and make the drives useless as xbox hard drives.
