Data Syncing stuck at 0%, a suggestion

Microsoft needs to update this Xbox App asap.

i dont have a console, i play only on PC, and everytime I try to open a game that needs to sync with Xbox, i get this error. "Data syncing..." and it is stuck forever at 0%, and if i cancel i simply cant play the game

The only way I can get the game started is if i start it offline (i turn off my internet) and then i connect once the game starts running

This is such a pain that I almost cancelled my subscription

My data sync was stuck at 100% and then said that they "were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now". So I would suggest that this is not just a Turn 10 problem Evoded and it may be worth speaking to support again.

Wazzup guys, i had to reset my computar, and now i can't play forza horizon 3, i installed the game normally, but then the game started to sync the old data, it's stuck at the 0%.
