Data synchronization problem Forza Horizon 2

Try GrowlingYappers advice on a seperate thread with same issue:

"Go to setting/network choose go offline then press console button 8 seconds, Power back up go so setting/network choose back online, this fixed it for me you will need to sign in good luck."

Hello. I understand that you're having trouble synchronizing game progress with the Horizon 4 forza game. Have you had any problems with your Internet at all or any errors or code messages regarding syncing game data from the cloud?
Note You must have a regular connection to Xbox Live to keep your data in sync.
Offline playback can cause cloud data to sync. Data is updated each time you connect to Xbox Live.

Hello, guys it seems okay but still bugs. Like when I turned my Xbox one it said there "maybe a problem on our side trying to work on it". that means their is a problem on Xbox side? also when i load forza horizon 2, it just says syncing data for forza horizon
2, it just keeps going over and over again any help please?

Do you see any issue synchronizing your save data in any other games on that computer, to clarify? Can you try the steps below and let us know if you see any change?

1. On your PC, search for Apps & Features

2. In Apps & Features, scroll down until you see Forza Horizon 3

3. Select Forza Horizon 3

4. Select "Advanced Options"

5. Select "Reset"

6. Reboot your computer

I've owned Forza Horizon 3 for abour 2-3 days. I've done requirments to get achievments but they've not been unlocked. This isn't a Forza Horizon 3 specific problem, but an overall problem with the games listed in my original post. I've owned Gears of War
4 since Septemberish last year and haven't been able to unlock any achievments at all even though i've completed the campagin and played alot of multiplayer. I thought i explained this very well in my original post.
