    Xbox one Diablo 3 Save Data lost

    Hello,

    today I wanted to play Diablo III together with my husband. My problem is, he could play his characters, but mine seem not to exist anymore. There was no synchronisation and the game starts with 'create your hero'. Restarting Xbox one offline and online
    didn't work. We also asked a friend to log in with my account.

    Game Save Data can be found on my Xbox one so I don't understand where the problem is.

    these     other steps to resolve the issue. Post back and let us know how it goes!
