    Data sync stuck on every game


    Help, any game stuck on data sync screen!!!

    I've test both gears of war 4 and phantom dust, it login on game for windows live or whataver it is this faulty stuff and start a synchronization. The problem is that it say "sync data" and "almost complete" , but it always stay on 0 and the game doesn't
    start without it.

    Lost save from 2k18

    so I recently tried to play 2k18 on my Xbox One and it tried to sync my data, nothing usual there. But for some reason it was stuck on 98% so I stopped the sync restarted my xbox and tried it again and it got stuck again so I go to look at my save data to
    delete it from the console and make it load from the cloud and there was nothing there. No cloud data or console data this wouldn’t be as big of a problem but i cant play the game at all becuase if I cancel the sync then the game freezes and i also spent money
    on buying vc so i lost a lot of money.

    My data sync was stuck at 100% and then said that they "were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now". So I would suggest that this is not just a Turn 10 problem Evoded and it may be worth speaking to support again.

    it start to sync but then stuck at 99% then it's says unable to sync your data just now.

    Unfortunately not, did all the steps restarted and atttempted to launch the game to the same 3 errors in event viewer and game still stuck at syncing data and the xbox app as crashed.

    May I know if you tried using a different wifi network?

    For example sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect your PC in that way.

    If you're not able to do it, please try this:

    Open the Control Panel in Windows.

    After opening the control panel, set the “View by” on the top-right corner to “Large icons“.

    Click on the “Network and Sharing Center” option.

    Here, click on the “Change adapter settings” link on the left panel.

    Now, right-click on the active network adapter and select “Properties“.

    Go to the “Networking” tab.

    Here, uncheck the “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)” option.

    Click on the “Ok” button to save changes.

    Then close all the windows, restart your PC and try again

    If that doesn't work, try instead using a different DNS to see if that does the trick.

    Try with both 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 (and with the respective secondary address)
