Data Sync Issue on Forza Horizon 5

Hi,

I'm having an issue here with my save data sync between my PC and Laptop playing Forza Horizon 5.

Basically I started playing the game on my PC first so when I played on my Laptop it synced with no issues and just continued from there, but after going back to PC I noticed it didn't sync my Laptop progress and started where I left on my PC. I am now reinstalling the game on my PC to see if that'll help it sync up...not having high hopes though. How will I solve this issue if it isn't solved with a reinstall?

Some items included on the Premium Edition include installation and some don't such as the Forza Horizon 5 Car Pass and Forza Horizon 5 VIP Membership which should be available inside of your game immediately.

In this case, simply quit the game then restart your device to re-sync the game data.

In this case, you may need to check with Forza Support in that way they can check and validate your in-game account along with retrieving your progress.

Yes, I did do that, but when I went to my PC, the game appeared in the condition I left it when I first switched to Laptop. The progress I had made on my Laptop did not show.
