Discus and support Data not being saved in transfer in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I just converted between the series x and xbox one and when I went to transfer all of the data, everything except for Minecraft worked.     I just converted between the series x and xbox one and when I went to transfer all of the data, everything except for Minecraft worked. I was not able to get Minecraft data from my old console on to my new one. Im not sure what to do.

    In the Microsoft Store version of Final Fantasy XIII, the save data is stored in the cloud and is automatically synced with your Microsoft account. You cannot access the save data directly on your computer. However, you should be able to transfer your save data to other platforms by signing in to your Microsoft account on those platforms and accessing the game.

    If you want to transfer your save data to a version of the game that is not connected to the Microsoft Store, you will need to use a tool like Save Wizard to transfer the save data. Save Wizard is a third-party tool that allows you to transfer save data between different platforms and games.

    The license transfer only transfers content lisenses. It does not transfer game saves. You would have to use a data transfer cable as suggested or a usb drive to transfer the saves.

    Currently the cloud is the only way to transfer saves from the 360 to the One. The data transfer cable is only meant to transfer data between 360 hard drives.

    As far as I'm aware of, save files for games are linked to the gamertag that created it. Because of that there is no way to transfer save files to another account on Xbox games.

    As for you not being able to play online, what error do you get when you try to play onlne?
