DATA DISAPPEARED

I was playing normally a few days ago when the new dlc came out. I go to play the other day and it gave me an error with syncing my data. It told me to switch to offline mode. so i did, and it restarted my career back to the character customize screen when
you 1st load up the game. I go and try to re-sync my data it was still giving me the error. so just to make sure it wasnt my game data error, i deleted all local saved data so i would strictly have to go through cloud. It finally let me re-sync my data only
to have it pop up back to the character customization screen again. i am very annoyed and disappointed, i had over 80 hours played and working towards the last of the new achievements for a perfect completion.

side note - none of my other games were effected by this... i did get the same error like sunset overdrive but once i wipped my local data i was able to re-sync everything perfectly fine

Saved data disappeared.

so I was playing tomb raider offline and played multiple days and it was saving properly. Then I connected to the WiFi and it auto started recovering old saved data from cloud and now my game I’ve been playing is completely gone. Any way for me to get this
game back? I did NOT delete anything all I did was connect my Xbox to WiFi and now what has been saving fine for days is just missing. Help please! Thank you.

I've done a bit of looking around the web, and can only find one other person who has had this issue, and it appears that they also had all there stuff reset. From what I can see, you've done everything you should with regards to resyncing the save, but
it appears that somewhere along the way the data may have corrupted or something like that. Which would really suck, as I know what it is like to get that close to completion, only to have it taken away

Hopefully someone from the support team might be able to chime in with some further suggestions, and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you

Thanks for your insight, I am hoping the support team will look into this also.

I did also contact insomniac games and they said they cant do much for me since its the Xbox data sync/cloud that everything is stored under
