    Data disappeared randomly whilst playing a game and I can’t get it back


    I was playing my game like normal and it randomly sent me back to the loading process, when it reloaded, I was back at the begging of the game and all my data disappeared. This was the same for all my games when I checked. I’ve gone into my cloud and I can’t recover it, can anybody help me please ?

    Update: The hum and buzz seemed to just randomly disappear and now games are playing in 5.1. Tv, apps and bluray still havintg the issue. No settings were changed. Turned off. Came back and buzz was gone. Weird.

    As stated in the above posts.

    It`s the best way to determine where the fault is, the console, TV or HDMI cable.

    I had something similar awhile back and it turned out to be the cable had gone faulty.

    Have you tried using a different hdmi cable or using composite cable to see if the same thing happens?
