Dashboarding problem

I brought an XB1 last a few days ago and the 1st thing I did was download Fifa14, and the 1st start up it crashed back to dashboard and it did this about 4 times and so far it been fine the last 10ish times ive started up.

Ive read there is a problem with dashboarding in all games, but now that its happened to me will it be case it will happen again on any game? starting to get paranoid about turning on the console now, and even thinking of buying a new game. Does my console
have the crash bug?

Ive just came back over to XB after owning a PS4 ande that console did the same sort of crashing (error code ce-34878-0) where it would stop the game and go back to PS home screen.

This makes me think its defo a game design problem if its happening on both Next Gen consoles? But what do I know.

Are XB aware of this problem and do they now of an official fix, or their stance on the problem or is it faulty console?

fortnite won't start

anybody else's fortnite not starting up? Just straight dashboarding me, had same problem a few weeks ago.

We've had this problem the past few nights. Dashboarding fixes it. Bummer but you gotta do what you have to do

all consoles do it sometimes. It seems to be an OS bug. But a hard restart (holding the power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off) usually resolves the issue (at least for a while). Again, there are 100 threads on this already....

Could/will this be fixed... guess it would of been done by know if it could be, since both console's have had this problem since launch.

Don't give up, you're almost there! You actually want to post in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx). You may get a
message that says "Group Not Found" when you click that. If you do, reply here so a member of official support can verify that you're in the program and get you access.

Many of the issues that you're describing can usually be fixed by holding the Xbox logo on the front of your console until it shuts off and unplugging the power cord from the back for 5 minutes.

If he set your account region to something other than the region you live in, you will likely run into issues, I'm afraid. While you can change your language, you cannot change your region, and many codes and items are in fact region locked. It sounds like
you may want to ask that your friend help you create a new account, so that you can avoid these kinds of issues in the future.

Try clean cache.
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Verify if have any corrupted/Incomplete file in your storage device.

If you found corrupted tour profile delete Profile ONLY and download it again.

Also to identify if its your HDD try use your Xbox 360 with USB Flash drive as Xbox 360 Storage Device (You will need to download update in that flash drive.

I recommend USB Flash Drive brand SanDisk.
