Dashboard won't load!

This just started happening recently but when I turn my Xbox One on the dashboard items such as the marketplace items like movies, games, music etc. won't load. The loading animation spins for about 30 seconds and then the tab says "Having Trouble Connecting?
It might be a problem on our end...". I'm still able to play on xbox live and do all those things, but the dashboard won't load. Anyone else having this problem?

Everytime I turn on my xbox the dashboard is blank and it says I need to connect to xbox live but my internet is working fine I've reset, hard reset, unplugged, and reset my internet and it still won't work idk what to do

recently my xbox started shutting down by itself while i was playing. And now the problem is gone but my dashboard wont load at all. I can start xbox and access movies and all that other stuff but the little dashboard screen to the
left wont work . I cant access it to send messages or see any of my friend etc. But i can play games online no problem. I tried hard reset and disconnected cables behind xbox for few seconds. Problem is still there.while playing a game When i press the big
bright button in the middle of controller it vibrates as it would try to turn pop dashboard on but nothing happens.

 

Try disconnecting your internet and then reconnecting.

If that doesn't work, do a hard reset (5-10 second of pressing the power button, wait for a click, wait until the power brick turns amber, then turn it back on).

There are several other threads detailing this problem, and the Xbox team is aware of it.

 

ScornfulMoney29, this is a recent development correct? When this occurs are you still able to play online? Have you checked the network connections immediately after powering on the console? Also I'd like to know what your network information is here, as
in Internet Service Provider and the network layout, what type of router (if any) is being used and the Bandwidth (speed) you pay to have.

 

This just happened to me as well. I pay for 50mb down from Charter Cable (Southern California) and I'm using a Netgear WNDR 4300. It says I'm connected to the internet when I test the connection, but the full dashboard won't load.

 

The hard reset worked for me. Everything seems fine now.

 

I had this issue since yesterday, I just *** my xbox like I would any computer and it started working again. Although when I turned the xbox off beforehand, the same problem occurred, just a normal xbox restart may work out for you, it worked for me. I
did consider reseting back to factory settings, but everything is fine now. I dont know the correct way to reset the xbox, this xbox is still new to me, but i changed my system name and it asked to reset to make changes, and everything is back to normal.

the hard reset works for me but does it again 2-3 days

 

My xbox one will go to green screen then turn black and won't do anything. 30 mins and still nothing. I've tried hard reset. Didn't work. Was just working earlier.
