    Dashboard stuck, cant connect to live


    help please. My dashboard is pretty much a blank screen with the mini menu on the left, my games and apps box is on the eight and thats it. When i click connect to xbox live it just takes me to the connections screen. That screen says its connected fine
    but says service info is unavailable. Tried rebooting the xbox and modem with no joy. Internet is definitely working. When i try and click on settings it just takes me back to the dashboard. Frustrated, any help much appreciated..thanks

    Brand new xbox stuck in japanese on live screen

    Brand new xbox stuck in japanese on live screen....i cannot access the settings or dashboard to change the language.

    its stuck trying to connect or setup live apparently....i cant do anything....any help is appreciated...



    its a brand new xmas present....its the 4gb black version....and yes it says its the US version

    Everytime i turn on my xbox it freezes at the first screen.

    Yes it goes to dashboard then but i still cant connect to the live wen i try to reconnect or sign in to my live profile.

    I'm connected to live, but on the dashboard every tab says " Xbox Live" and i seem to cant connect to any of it. Such as marketplace, app stores, music, tv&movies.

    I cant find Game Room on the Live Status Page.

    No, not my Xbox freezes.

    Its just the Loading-Bar that is stuck at 25%.

    I can still use the Guide-Button and go back to dashboard.

    Getting Disconnected from live, no reason.

    I think it was just an issue with the dashboard update, after that it was fine. But sometimes i cant connect to live for some reason
