Dashboard preview problem

Discus and support Dashboard preview problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I cant seem to get into the dashboard preview support page.     Dashboard preview problem


    I cant seem to get into the dashboard preview support page. Im missing the application on my xbox to gain access into the program ive been apart of it but recently got a different xbox one. Since then i havent been able to find the applicatio

    Are you a preview member? Do you have the new dashboard? Every one I know who has this problem is a preview member with the new dashboard.

    I cannot view game clips since the latest update the other day.

    okay I found the report a problem option. But when I click on it it tells me that I'm doing the preview dashboard and it needs an update . I'm not doing the preview dashboard program. it doesn't say anything about reporting any problem it just wants me to
    update the preview program. please help

    Are you a preview member? Do you have the new dashboard? Every one I know who has this problem is a preview member with the new dashboard.

    Message on home page that does not exist

    My problem was solved by the recent dashboard update. It was a video message sent by someone that was part of the dashboard preview. I was not part of the preview and could not access the message until now.

    My problem was solved by the recent dashboard update. The hidden message was a video message sent by someone that was part of the dashboard preview. I was not part of the preview and could not access the message until now.
