You will need to first post and the preview forums.

Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

The preview dashboard app isn't listed in the available apps to download.

You can actually download the preview dashboard app from the featured section on the US dashboard if you're in the preview programme Lorne. Just change your location to US and reboot, download the app and then return to your own region.

Sorry you're having issues getting to your preview app. If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum.
