Dashboard not showing content.

For the past week my Xbox One X has been displaying "There is a problem getting this content right now" in the spot where the "Gold" benefits icon has been, and the ad space next to it is also gone.

In addition to this, the "Mixer" tab, "Entertainment" and "Store" tab all say the same thing and I am not able to access any content.

The "Community" tab works though.

I've tried signing in and out, hard reboot and cache clear and nothing works. I've missed the E3 live stream on my Xbox today and that was the final straw.

I need to get this fixed. I am not too happy right now my friends. I'm missing out on gaming.

Adult but shows it's a childs account?

Question i was on my dashboard the other night and i accidently hit something and the content is showing up as kids content only. Is there a way to go back to my reg dashboard?

 

XB1 User Console & Games Review

@turk3y - to exit an app/game use the menu button once over the tile in the dashboard. I needed to do the same to get some content to show in Forza.

 

If you're part of the preview program, it's a known issue that's being worked on.

 

Ok. Kind of a big issue I hope is fixed soon.
